About the role

  • Sales professional responsible for driving Managed Services sales in Barcelona. Contributing to customer acquisition and collaboration with IT professionals for company growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will work together with a team of IT professionals, developers and project managers to advance the sales of our Managed Services.
  • The focus is on the top of the sales funnel: finding new customers (e.g., via LinkedIn, industry directories, etc.).
  • Approach prospects directly, generate interest and build trust.
  • Qualify leads and uncover the needs of potential customers.
  • Goal: arrange a meeting — from that point management takes over.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (especially cold outreach/cold calling)
  • Enjoy direct communication with potential customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Basic IT understanding, particularly in Managed Services, process automation, cloud and infrastructure
  • Fluent German, good English
  • Willingness to continue professional development
