About the role

  • Regional Sales Director leading sales growth for Neural Concept in the US engineering sector. Combining technical expertise and sales leadership for revenue and partnership expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Combine technical expertise and sales leadership to drive revenue growth
  • Build strategic partnerships and represent technology to leading engineering companies
  • Identify, develop, and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in the US
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS sales with 9-12 month sales cycles
  • Experience closing deals in the $100,000 to $1 M+ USD range
  • Experience selling data science/engineering teams, IT & cloud infrastructure teams
  • Experience selling into the Industrial & Manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Mandatory engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software or related engineering tools is a plus.
  • You exhibit professionalism, ethical conduct, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • You have a genuine passion for continuous learning and innovation.
