About the role

  • Office Manager coordinating office tasks and supporting the bookkeeping in a growing health and beauty scale-up, focusing on natural bee products.

Responsibilities

  • You will take on the central coordination of daily office operations
  • You will support our bookkeeper
  • You will keep track of inventory, maintain a shopping list and be responsible for office purchases
  • You will handle employees' orders
  • You will be responsible for organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
  • You will be the contact person for orders related to equipment, appointments and internal processes
  • Your duties include coordinating external service providers (e.g. building maintenance, tax advisor, cleaning, etc.)
  • You will work closely with other departments
  • Your own ideas on how to make individual office processes simpler, clearer and more efficient are welcome
  • You will take care of our mailbox and the daily mail

Requirements

  • You have a structured way of working, are reliable and enjoy creating order
  • You are friendly, helpful and have a hands-on mentality
  • You can prioritize, and work efficiently and independently
  • Initial experience in an office, team assistant or administrative role is an advantage
