About the role

  • You take on the central coordination of daily office operations
  • You support our accountant
  • You keep track of inventory, maintain a shopping list, and are responsible for office purchasing
  • You handle employee orders
  • You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
  • You are the point of contact for orders related to equipment, scheduling and internal processes
  • Your tasks include coordinating external service providers (e.g., building maintenance, tax advisors, cleaning, etc.)
  • You work closely with other departments
  • Your own ideas on how we can make individual office processes simpler, clearer and more efficient are welcome
  • You take care of our mailbox and daily mail

Requirements

  • You have a structured way of working, are reliable and enjoy keeping things organized
  • You are friendly, helpful and have a hands-on mentality
  • You can prioritize and work efficiently and independently
  • Initial experience in an office, team assistant or administrative role is an advantage
