Responsibilities
You take on the central coordination of daily office operations
You support our accountant
You keep track of inventory, maintain a shopping list, and are responsible for office purchasing
You handle employee orders
You are responsible for organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
You are the point of contact for orders related to equipment, scheduling and internal processes
Your tasks include coordinating external service providers (e.g., building maintenance, tax advisors, cleaning, etc.)
You work closely with other departments
Your own ideas on how we can make individual office processes simpler, clearer and more efficient are welcome
You take care of our mailbox and daily mail
Requirements
You have a structured way of working, are reliable and enjoy keeping things organized
You are friendly, helpful and have a hands-on mentality
You can prioritize and work efficiently and independently
Initial experience in an office, team assistant or administrative role is an advantage
