Responsibilities
Achieve 100% of sales budget in both units and profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance by channel and branch.
Continuously increase sales per customer family and product category.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers through proactive support.
Conduct marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
Investigate and resolve product-related problems and customer queries.
Collect and analyze market data to understand customer behavior and competitor strategies.
Compile and report on dealer activity, pricing trends, market changes, and channel performance.
Provide technical product support, manage customer complaints, and assist with onboarding and admin procedures.
Requirements
Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
A valid and appropriate light vehicle driver’s license (South African Code 08).
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
At least 3 years in a similar role and 2 years in junior management.
Strong financial acumen, including basic understanding of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Must be self-driven, resilient under pressure, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
Strong communication, decision-making, planning, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
Proficient in MS Office at an intermediate level.
SAP knowledge and a technical/mechanical background are advantageous.
