Account Executive, Respiratory Health responsible for selling products within Wisconsin. Collaborating with internal partners to develop territory sales plans and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities, etc.
working collaboratively with internal partners
developing and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services.
managing both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness.
prospecting for new business 15-20% of time.
communicating Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts.
completing company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines.
understanding and complying with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.
completing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment.
Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred.
Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting.
Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution).
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license required.
