About the role

  • Account Executive, Respiratory Health responsible for selling products within Wisconsin. Collaborating with internal partners to develop territory sales plans and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals, physician offices, clinics, home care and long-term care facilities, etc.
  • working collaboratively with internal partners
  • developing and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products, programs, and services.
  • managing both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness.
  • prospecting for new business 15-20% of time.
  • communicating Baxter’s competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts.
  • completing company reports, plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines.
  • understanding and complying with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.
  • completing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.S./B.A. or 2+ years proven experience as a top-level sales performer in medical devices, pharma, DME, medical equipment or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment.
  • Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) preferred.
  • Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting.
  • Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution).
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
