About the role

  • Stage chargé de recrutement dans un cabinet comptable des Hauts-de-France. Rédaction d'offres, entretiens téléphoniques, et participation aux événements de recrutement.

Responsibilities

  • Write and post attractive job adverts
  • Screen incoming CVs and respond to all candidates
  • Conduct phone interviews
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and recruitment KPIs
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and take part in recruitment events
  • Handle administrative follow-up for recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
  • Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends and best practices
  • Participate in themed meetings (CSR, employer branding, etc.)
  • Travel expected to the various BDL offices across Hauts-de-France.

Requirements

  • Studying in HR, management, or communications (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of office tools and professional social networks
  • Enthusiasm and creativity
  • Positive attitude and adaptability.
