Write and post attractive job adverts
Screen incoming CVs and respond to all candidates
Conduct phone interviews
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and recruitment KPIs
Contribute to employer branding initiatives
Organize and take part in recruitment events
Handle administrative follow-up for recruitment processes
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends and best practices
Participate in themed meetings (CSR, employer branding, etc.)
Travel expected to the various BDL offices across Hauts-de-France.
Requirements
Studying in HR, management, or communications (or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good knowledge of office tools and professional social networks
