Responsibilities
Assist in preparing administrative (Acte d’engagement) and financial (DPGF - detailed price breakdown) documentation for tender responses, supporting the architects

Manage and issue invoices
Manage supplier relationships and contracts

Requirements
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within construction project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) or a construction company
Excellent command of French (impeccable spelling and grammar)
Strong proficiency with office software (Word and Excel) and invoicing/billing software
Knowledge of accounting and administrative management
Familiarity with billing procedures for public contracts (price revisions, retention guarantees, etc.)
Proficiency in calculating price adjustments and retention guarantees
Effective written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritize tasks
Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple files/projects simultaneously with reliability and a methodical approach
