Developing and crafting new business opportunities through promoting the flow cytometry instrument portfolio
Working strategically with Reagent Sales Specialist, Applications Specialists, Field Service, High Parameter Team, and Global Key Accounts
Actively seeking to retain/develop large key accounts, and convert competitive business in assigned territory
Developing Territory Business Plan to achieve sales goals
Travel within territory up to 60% of the time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3 -5 years of successful life sciences-related experience
Strong understanding of flow cytometry and research workflows
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and large account management skills
Ability to collaborate with peers in reagent sales, technical applications, science force, and global key accounts
A demonstrated successful sales track record, solid negotiation skills, exhibit effective selling, listening, and verbal/presentation skills
