Responsibilities

  • Join our team and help property owners finally find a simple and transparent way to manage their properties!
  • Learn from our experienced team and discover your passion for sales 🔥
  • Wondering how the atmosphere in our sales team is described? Our Head of Sales for Rental Management, Diana, put it perfectly: “Sales at Matera is simply unique.”
  • After 3 weeks the most intensive phase of onboarding is over. You won’t be left on your own, though—you’ll keep learning through regular exchange with the team.
  • After about 6–12 months there is also the option to take on additional small projects alongside your daily tasks as a Sales Manager and, together with your team, continue to develop Matera’s Sales and Marketing areas.
  • You’ll be supported by our coaching in rhetoric, conversation techniques, and organization, as well as additional mentoring from our experienced French sales managers.

  • You’re eager to develop your communication skills and learn from our experienced team
  • People around you say you’re a good talker or even particularly good at listening (talking is silver, listening is gold in sales 🏅)
  • You want to work in a team that supports one another, sticks together in tough times, and celebrates successes together in good times
  • You want to help us drive digitalization in the — admittedly still somewhat traditional — real estate industry (there’s a lot to do!)
