About the role

  • Account Manager promoting Becton Dickinson products and solutions in Poland. Focusing on long-term relationships and effective training in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Promotion of selected products from MDS portfolio
  • Develop strategies to grow business with long-term relationships
  • Continuous analysis of sales activities in hospitals
  • Promotion and delivery of effective product training
  • Building business relationships within hospital accounts
  • Manage in-service process as part of conversion
  • Attend meetings and conferences to promote BD company image

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry
  • Understanding of the Health Care Industry
  • Basic tendering process knowledge at hospital level
  • English – minimum intermediate level, Polish fluent
  • Communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • PC Skills – use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with using Salesforce - is a plus
  • Active driving license, able to travel for business.
