Responsibilities
Achieving or exceeding sales quota in assigned territory
Developing new business opportunities and selling Parata portfolio of solutions into the retail and community pharmacy market
Developing and managing relationships with key decision makers and thought leaders
Collaborating with pharmacy owners and pharmacists to position Parata solutions effectively
Driving sales growth and exceeding quota
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5-10 years successful medical equipment sales (capital is preferred)
Experience working with privately owned businesses or healthcare practices preferred
Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality required
Strong negotiation and contract negotiating skills
Ability to effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
Solid understanding of the pharmacy industry preferred
