Responsibilities
You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) — create, organize, and update records
Reach out to potential customers (no cold calling; qualified leads)
Assist with the preparation of meetings and sales materials
Follow up on inactive leads
Help with onboarding new customers
Participate in selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
Support upselling opportunity analyses and internal sales reporting
Requirements
You are a currently enrolled student — preferably in a business, communications, or related degree program
You work in a structured and reliable way and have strong communication instincts
You enjoy speaking with people — by phone, email, or in person
Initial practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
You are familiar with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems
Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not required
