About the role

  • Dedicated Customer Service Advisor and Administrator at Banham ensuring top-tier support and customer relationships. Act as the voice of the brand, resolving queries through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information on products, services and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and patience
  • Log and track customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
  • A Genuine desire to help people
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems.
