Responsibilities
- Beantwoordt HR-vragen van interne klanten en biedt oplossingsgericht advies
- Ondersteunt bij het verwerken van mutaties en het correct toepassen van cao’s en BAM-regelingen
- Helpt interne klanten zelfstandig HR-processen uit te voeren via ESS/MSS
- Zorgt voor tijdige, nauwkeurige en klantgerichte HR-dienstverlening
- Signaleert en implementeert verbeteringen in processen en informatievoorziening
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, en relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en het verbeteren van HR-dienstverlening
- Vaardig in het structureren en analyseren van complexe informatie
- Handig met systemen en tools, waaronder Excel en HR-software
- Oog voor detail en een oplossingsgerichte mindset
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid om continu te leren
