Responsibilities
Develop, document, and implement facility management standards in partnership with the Ball Operational Excellence team
Drive consistency and quality across all sites and ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
Define, monitor, support, and analyze KPIs to evaluate facility management efficiency and effectiveness
Identify and escalate recurring facility issues, ensuring timely resolution
Lead global continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing facility operations and reducing environmental impact
Build and maintain a strong, productive relationship with the IFM supplier
Provide guidance to the supplier on program execution and compliance with contractual requirements
Facilitate monthly regional steering committee meetings, including preparation of meeting content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of facilities management experience, including required hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
Experience working with and managing suppliers
Strong understanding of integrated facilities management models and supplier management
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
Working knowledge of food safety requirements and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, efficient work style.
