About the role
- Senior Manager for Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation at TransTech. Leading ERP strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Own the ERP roadmap, governance model, and prioritization of enhancements
- Translate business strategy and operational needs into ERP capabilities and improvement initiatives
- Define and enforce ERP configuration standards and usage governance across business units
- Drive fit-to-standard adoption while managing required customization decisions
- Lead ERP selection efforts, requirements definition, blueprinting and implementation with partner and team oversight
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Projects, and Supply Chain leaders to design future-state processes
- Monitor system performance, stability, and adoption; implement corrective improvements as needed
- Support enterprise systems integration strategy across ERP, financial systems, and operational tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–12+ years of ERP experience, including several full-cycle ERP implementations
- Strong manufacturing and/or services ERP background with cross-functional exposure
- Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners
- Demonstrated hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support experience
- Strong understanding of ERP data structures, integrations (APIs), and data quality practices
- Proven project leadership, change management, and ERP adoption experience
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent (Preferred)
