Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and expand BACHMANN’s presence across Île‑de‑France, Hauts‑de‑France and Centre.
Acquire new customers and strengthen partnerships through customer visits, trade shows and systematic follow‑ups.
Deliver product training sessions throughout your region and demonstrate solutions in our Paris showroom.
Manage distributor networks and improve regional performance.
Maintain and strengthen BACHMANN’s brand positioning.
Analyze sales activities, keep CRM data accurate and prepare clear sales reports.
Act as a trusted BACHMANN representative for innovative solutions.
Requirements
Degree or background in electrical or commercial fields with a basic understanding of the electrical sector (or equivalent).
Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, including preparing quotations and selling project-based solutions.
Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills and persistence in a results-driven sales approach.
Self‑starter, well organized and proactive with a methodical working style.
Dynamic, motivated and open-minded personality.
Fluent in French and confident in English (spoken and written).
Comfortable with CRM data management and reporting.
Willingness to travel within the region and work from a home-office base.
