About the role

  • Lead BACHMANN's sales growth and distributor management across Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France and Centre. Deliver customer solutions, product trainings and ensure accurate CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and expand BACHMANN’s presence in your region: Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France & Centre
  • Win new customers and strengthen partnerships through customer visits, trade fairs, and follow-ups
  • Deliver product trainings in your region and showcase solutions in our Paris showroom
  • Manage distributor networks and boost regional performance
  • Ensure strong branding and positioning of BACHMANN
  • Analyze your activities, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare clear sales reports
  • Represent BACHMANN as a trusted partner for innovative solutions

Requirements

  • Background in electrical or commercial fields with a basic understanding of the electrical sector (or similar)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, including preparing quotations and handling project sales
  • Strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and persistence in a results-driven sales approach
  • Independent, well-organized, and proactive with a methodical way of working
  • Dynamic, motivated, and open-minded personality
  • Fluent in French and confident in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with CRM data management and reporting
  • Willingness to travel within your region and to work from a home-office base
