About the role

  • HR Business Partner role supporting Azqore and Indosuez Wealth Management in Lisbon, providing HR expertise and implementing policies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the local HR point of contact for employees and managers
  • Implement Group HR policies, processes, and tools at local level
  • Provide local HR expertise and contribute to transversal HR exchanges within the Group
  • Support managers on operational HR topics and employee relations
  • Lead local recruitment activities in close collaboration with external partners and international HR teams
  • Structure onboarding journeys and contribute to talent retention initiatives
  • Develop the employer brand and strengthen the entity’s local footprint
  • Ensure full compliance of HR practices with Portuguese labor law

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Strong expertise in Portuguese labor law
  • High level of autonomy and ability to evolve in a build-up and growth context
  • Comfortable working in an international and matrix environment
  • Fluent English and Portuguese required
  • French proficiency is a strong asset
