About the role

  • Accounting Expert coordinating financial operations and compliance with IFRS standards at Ayvens. Supporting the team in various projects and regulatory requirements in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and optimization of processes in Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Leading digitization and outsourcing projects
  • Support and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
  • Participation in company-wide projects, program testing and special assignments in accounting
  • Support in systematically reducing errors in financial data processing
  • Support for the department head to ensure effectiveness in financial reporting
  • Responsibility for adherence to IFRS

Requirements

  • Degree in economics/business administration or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Good to very good knowledge of HGB and FRS
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP FI
  • Excellent communication skills in German and good English skills in a professional context
  • Positive team spirit, structured and quality-oriented working style; initial project experience desirable
  • Empathy and strong self-initiative
