Consolidates information from DLSP Brother communities into the community budget performance report (Brothers Pooling)
Prepare monthly BPR for all CHA Units and St. Jaime Hilario Integrated School
Prepare Quarterly BPR for DLSBI and St. Jaime Hilario Integrated School
Receives the payroll summary from HRDS and records payroll summary in QuickBooks
Reviews check voucher amounts before sending to DLSP Brothers for signing
Assist Treasury Officer in Bank-related transactions and requirements
Ensure timely closing of Books (Monthly and Annually)
Government statutory payment review and processing (Tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF)
