About the role

Responsibilities
- Independent management of invoicing for all projects across multiple subsidiaries and countries
- Processing and reconciliation of intercompany settlements in accordance with group-wide guidelines and relevant accounting standards
- Acting as a liaison between clients, project management and external partners
- First-level support for all billing-related issues and systems
- Maintenance and management of master data
- Handling of the dunning process
- Support with reporting and quarterly and annual financial statements
- Identifying opportunities for optimisation and contributing to the further development of processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, BHS, HLW) or equivalent qualification
- Ideally 2–3 years’ professional experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP skills would be an advantage
- A strong willingness to learn and flexibility when dealing with new tasks
- A strong aptitude for numbers and a structured, analytical and precise approach to work
- A high degree of initiative and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills and a team- and service-oriented approach
- Fluent in German and English
