About the role

• Qualitäts- und Prozessmanager bei Axians zur Umsetzung von ISO 9001 & 27001. Verantwortlich für Audits, Prozessoptimierung, Schulungen und Richtlinienanpassungen.

Responsibilities

• You support audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way, and assist teams in optimizing processes and managing risks.
• You are responsible for maintaining and further developing procedures across the company — including organizing appropriate training and workshops.
• You identify system nonconformities early, assess them thoroughly, and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems.
• You accompany the entire process from preparation and implementation to the continuous improvement of quality, environmental, or other management systems.
• You confidently conduct internal audits and support external audits when required. You assemble qualified audit teams and ensure that professional development is maintained.
• When conducting internal audits, you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques.
• You are experienced in risk management and apply appropriate methods effectively to achieve sustainable process improvements.

Requirements

• You have a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics/computer science, quality management, or a comparable field — alternatively, you hold a relevant vocational qualification.
• You have gained initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of other standards — for example environmental management, information security (ISO 27001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), or energy management — is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately three times per month.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
