About the role

  • Payroll Specialist managing payroll and compliance in a sustainable industry environment. Ensuring accurate payroll processing and employee support in a collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Independent execution of payroll processing, including reporting and certification obligations
  • Point of contact for employees, social security institutions, and authorities on income tax and social security law matters
  • Post-processing and reconciliation of the monthly payroll
  • Preparation, processing, and forwarding of various reports and analyses
  • Active support and participation in specific HR topics and projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ideally, experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Fluent German language skills
