About the role

Responsibilities
- International consulting and IT project management: With composure and strong interpersonal skills, you act as a competent point of contact in an international client environment and oversee demanding IT projects from requirements analysis through successful go-live.
- Contribute technical expertise globally: You analyze complex IT systems, evaluate new product requirements and identify global technology trends to develop innovative solutions.
- Global interface role: Acting as the interface between our international clients and our development team, you support the specification and implementation of bespoke software solutions.
- Project responsibility in an international setting: In collaboration with the team, you take responsibility for compelling digitalization projects.
- Quality and the future: You ensure high quality of software modules in all national and international projects and contribute your ideas to a sustainable digital transformation.
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or scientific field, e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent qualification in the IT field.
- Several years of experience in IT consulting and project management—ideally also with international projects.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex IT concepts clearly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping innovative projects.
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and enthusiasm for digital trends.
- A team player who feels at home in an international environment.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
