About the role

  • Managing customer success for top clients in an innovative ICT solutions firm. Focused on onboarding, relationship-building, and success planning for optimal customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new customers, including analysis of development potential together with the responsible Account Management team
  • Proactive customer communication, e.g., conducting regular check-ins and ensuring our customers derive the maximum value from our solutions
  • Development and implementation of individual success plans to ensure long-term customer retention
  • Close collaboration with vendors to stay up to date on products and solutions and to share insights with internal teams
  • Internal and external stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and management-level stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with appropriate further training or a degree in business administration (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
  • Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management or project management – ideally within a corporate IT environment
  • Experience working with Cisco Systems and other vendors
  • Desirable: Certification as a "Cisco Customer Success Manager"
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Fluent German and good English skills
