Responsibilities
Onboarding of new customers, including analysis of development potential together with the responsible Account Management team
Proactive customer communication, e.g., conducting regular check-ins and ensuring our customers derive the maximum value from our solutions
Development and implementation of individual success plans to ensure long-term customer retention
Close collaboration with vendors to stay up to date on products and solutions and to share insights with internal teams
Internal and external stakeholder management with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and management-level stakeholders
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with appropriate further training or a degree in business administration (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
Several years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management or project management – ideally within a corporate IT environment
Experience working with Cisco Systems and other vendors
Desirable: Certification as a "Cisco Customer Success Manager"
Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
Fluent German and good English skills
