Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for administrative and technical positions
- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and requesting departments
- Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and administer assessments when applicable
- Post vacancies across multiple channels (ATS, LinkedIn, specialized job boards, talent pool, and referrals)
- Monitor and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the selection process
- Update and maintain information and controls in the recruitment system
- Support management of recruitment metrics (time to fill, SLA, hiring accuracy, among others)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of R&S processes and employer branding initiatives
- Support People & Culture projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing
- Experience with recruitment platforms and job advertising
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, able to prioritize, and responsible
- Experience in law firms or professional services firms (advantage)
- Experience with a high volume of vacancies or strategic positions (advantage)
- Knowledge of R&S metrics (Monday) and/or behavioral profiling tools (e.g., DISC) (advantage)
