Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for administrative and technical positions
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and requesting departments
Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and administer assessments when applicable
Post vacancies across multiple channels (ATS, LinkedIn, specialized job boards, talent pool, and referrals)
Monitor and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the selection process
Update and maintain information and controls in the recruitment system
Support management of recruitment metrics (time to fill, SLA, hiring accuracy, among others)
Contribute to continuous improvement of R&S processes and employer branding initiatives
Support People & Culture projects and initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Knowledge of competency-based interviewing
Experience with recruitment platforms and job advertising
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, able to prioritize, and responsible
Experience in law firms or professional services firms (advantage)
Experience with a high volume of vacancies or strategic positions (advantage)
