Requirements
Je beschikt over een Hbo diploma
Je hebt ervaring in een customer service omgeving
Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
Wetenschappelijke achtergrond is een pluspunt
Zeer goede kennis van SAP
Kennis van Windows, MS Office
