Responsibilities
Lead prospecting, negotiation and contract-closing initiatives with strategic accounts.
Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification to closing.
Act in a consultative manner, presenting technology solutions (such as TMS) aligned with clients' challenges.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients.
Manage and accurately report the sales pipeline, using data and metrics to inform management decisions.
Develop commercial proposals and tailored negotiations.
Work in partnership with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure the best customer experience.
Monitor the market, identifying trends, competitors and expansion opportunities.
Support the structuring of commercial processes and mentor more junior teams when necessary.
Track performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Keep the CRM updated with accurate information on leads and opportunities.
Requirements
Solid experience in B2B consultative sales.
Full experience across the sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing).
Knowledge of technology solutions, preferably TMS, logistics or SaaS.
Ability to lead meetings with strategic accounts and senior decision-makers.
Strong negotiation skills, experience preparing proposals and building relationships.
Experience in pipeline management and forecasting, with advanced use of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Analytical profile, data-driven and results-oriented with respect to KPIs and targets.
Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Product and Customer Service teams.
Knowledge of the market, competitors and sector trends.
Reside in Cuiabá, Rondonópolis or another city in the Central-West region.
Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week in Rondonópolis.
