Responsibilities

  • Handle sophisticated matrimonial and family law matters with meaningful responsibility
  • Operate with autonomy in case strategy and client management
  • Participate in the firm’s long-term planning and growth, without pressure to generate business
  • Build toward a leadership role for attorneys interested in shaping a boutique practice

Requirements

  • Admitted and in good standing in New York
  • 8+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on matrimonial and family law
  • First-chair experience in hearings and trials preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally and financially complex matters
  • Interest in long-term growth within a boutique firm environment

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $160,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based and origination bonuses available
  • Book of business welcomed, but not required
  • 30 billable hours per week (1350 hours/year)
