Requirements

- 8+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on matrimonial and family law
- First-chair experience in hearings and trials preferred
- Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally and financially complex matters
- Interest in long-term growth within a boutique firm environment
Benefits
- Base salary range: $160,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience
- Performance-based and origination bonuses available
- Book of business welcomed, but not required
- 30 billable hours per week (1350 hours/year)
