About the role

  • International Contracts Lawyer focusing on CLM and digital tools at CMA CGM, a leader in shipping and logistics. Drafting and negotiating international contracts with compliance and strategy in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an International Contracts Lawyer on strategic Group projects
  • Draft, review, and adapt commercial agreements, service contracts, NDAs, supplier agreements, and partnership agreements in an international environment
  • Participate in contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to CLM usage and contract performance

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Law / Contract Law / International Business Law
  • 3 to 5 years of experience within the legal department of a large international group (legal or legal ops team)
  • Strong understanding of Legal Operations and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Professional proficiency in legal English
