Responsibilities
Leads scrum masters & RTE who identify impediments (blockers) & work to remove them in order to progress and fostering software delivery & continuous improvement.
Oversees the execution of quarterly PI planning events, as well as ensures the execution of other SAFe agile ceremonies such as POPM sync, WSJF prioritization, retrospectives, and more.
Analyzes & reports on the end-to-end operations of the HR Technology department.
Identifies impediments, bottlenecks, and other issues & communicates them to peers & leadership.
Partners with leaders of delivery & product/project management teams to resolve impediments.
Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives.
Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
5+ years of related experience.
