About the role

  • Director leading initiatives to improve client delivery excellence and transformation within our healthcare technology implementation practice. Focusing on operational consistency and strategic methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects
  • Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain playbooks that define 'how work gets done' across delivery teams
  • Create dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery performance and transformation outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities
  • Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors
  • Proven expertise in SDLC methodologies and process improvement frameworks
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in developing playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
