Responsibilities
- Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact
- Design, implement, and maintain playbooks that define 'how work gets done' across delivery teams
- Create dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery performance and transformation outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities
- Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors
- Proven expertise in SDLC methodologies and process improvement frameworks
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in developing playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives
