Responsibilities
Liderar proyectos estratégicos de marca y comunicación para clientes
Definir estrategias de marca, posicionamiento, narrativa, identidad, arquitectura y experiencia.
Diseñar relatos corporativos, discursos, conceptos creativos y líneas estratégicas de comunicación.
Supervisar la creación de identidades visuales, universos gráficos y sus expresiones (gráfica, audiovisual, digital, experiencial).
Impulsar metodologías integrales inspiradas en enfoques holísticos.
Dirigir equipos multidisciplinares
Coordinar estrategas, creativos, diseñadores, redactores y especialistas audiovisuales.
Marcar visión, dar feedback, elevar el nivel creativo y asegurar coherencia entre estrategia + creatividad + ejecución.
Gestionar clientes estratégicos y relaciones de alto nivel
Ser interlocutor/a clave para direcciones generales, comunicación, marca, instituciones y stakeholders senior.
Liderar negociaciones complejas y conversaciones de impacto estratégico.
Gestionar y desarrollar negocio
Definir y gestionar el Business Plan y la relación comercial con clientes.

Requirements
Experiencia mínima 8–10 años en agencias de branding, consultoras creativas o agencias estratégicas
Experiencia demostrable diseñando estrategias de marca, identidades visuales, conceptualización creativa y narrativas.
Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinares y proyectos de gran envergadura.
Experiencia gestionando clientes con interlocución C-level y stakeholders institucionales.
Formación superior en Branding, Comunicación, Publicidad, Diseño, Marketing, Humanidades o similar.
