About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, data, and IT systems to improve operational efficiency
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, defining requirements and proposing solutions
- Drive the end‑to‑end analysis process from business process analysis (AS-IS) to shaping TO‑BE processes
- Collaborate closely with architects and developers on designing technically sound solutions
- Ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
Requirements
- Diploma in business, economics, IT, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work closely with technical teams
- Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN, EPC) and requirements documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into technically sound, scalable, and implementable specifications
- Ability to maintain a broad, end‑to‑end perspective on the business and technical landscape when defining solutions
- Strong collaboration skills with teams responsible for other systems in the ecosystem to ensure seamless end‑to‑end integration of solutions
- Solid technical skills: SQL querying, strong Excel, familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flow
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to manage complex requirements independently and provide clarity in ambiguous situations
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) and Croatian are mandatory.
