Responsibilities
Become the expert in our business processes and systems
Represent the GCS organization in enterprise-wide projects
Collaborate with business process owners to detail business requirements and success metrics
Leverage skills in AI to identify and implement process improvements
Integrate with IT and Program Managers on system integrations and implementations
Understand our reporting requirements and develop approaches to extract required data summaries
Develop process and technology roadmaps in line with business objectives
Develop an understanding of our service product offerings and how to operationalize them in our business systems
Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences and bridge the gap between their perspectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field.
English Proficiency
5 years of experience in the following: Business process analyst or similar roles.
ERP (ex. Oracle/SAP/ServiceNow), CRM (ex. Salesforce), and Vizio
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Great stakeholder management skills.
Flexibility to work with stakeholders located in other time zones
