Responsibilities
- Provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet the client’s technical requirements.
- Support a team of business and senior business analysts.
- Assist in providing solutions through the onboarding of the Equus Workforce Solutions.
- Perform requirement analysis, configuration, testing and issue resolution.
- Participate or assist in the preparation of client webinars, conferences, and demos.
- Write test plans and test cases for quality assurance and user acceptance.
- Gain exposure to Equus products and client projects; both technical and functional, with hands-on assignments.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in team standups and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Efficiently handle data-intensive and time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the Equus organization.
- Ability to quickly understand our client needs and technical expectations both verbally and written.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines by demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required.
- Team player with a positive attitude required.
- Desired: Technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and/or web technology.
