About the role

  • Retention Assistant responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of magazine subscriptions. Collaborating with the team to achieve KPIs and address customer concerns in Cardiff.

Responsibilities

  • Retaining magazine subscription customers throughout the year
  • Point of contact for individual customers looking to cancel their subscription
  • Achieving KPI's and monthly targets
  • Objection handle, problem solve, and retain customers
  • Use all relevant and related systems to capture customer data accurately

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with questioning and listening skills
  • Sales experience advantageous.
  • Excellent retention or selling and negotiating skills.
  • Prioritise and manage your own workload and time.
  • Work collaboratively within the team and other departments.
  • Customer service experience
