About the role

  • Customer service specialist handling inbound sales in Brazilian telecommunications. Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing practical solutions while working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • The Specialist will need to identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with product and/or service procedures.
  • Selling products and services.
  • Each interaction may involve different types of situations raised by the customer.
  • Specific technical tasks: Call center inbound support for sales offering voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data plans, broadband, and fiber services.
  • Use systems to record and document service interactions.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Basic computer skills and typing.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but candidates seeking their first job are also welcome.
  • Military service certificate/reservist status required (mandatory for male applicants).
  • Good verbal fluency and persuasive ability.
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills.
  • Easy access to Atento's São José dos Campos unit.
