Responsibilities
Gestionar leads para maximizar conversiones.
Realizar asesorías personalizadas por WhatsApp, llamadas, email y reuniones virtuales/presenciales.
Explicar beneficios de los programas, resolver dudas y cerrar ventas.
Mantener seguimiento constante hasta la matrícula final.
Documentar y reportar métricas de avance y productividad en CRM.
Participar en ferias, webinars y actividades de captación.
Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas diarios, semanales y mensuales.
Requirements
Experiencia en ventas de productos intangibles (planes, seguros, banco, telecomunicaciones, créditos, call center)
Experiencia en tickets altos y manejo de leads fríos.
Habilidad para persuadir y negociar, generando confianza en el cliente.
Iniciativa y proactividad, con enfoque en resultados y resiliencia frente a la presión.
Interés en el sector educativo y comprensión del impacto del trabajo.
Deseable: Experiencia internacional o con clientes extranjeros.
Conocimiento de Inglés
Conocimiento básico de redes sociales y marketing digital.
