Responsibilities
You will support the analysis of customer and dealer needs through collaboration with our 28 RENT A RIDE market representatives and internal stakeholders.
You will assist the product owners of our platform in the development of front- and back-end features, including content maintenance.
You will contribute to IT requirements management, defect management, testing, as well as backlog and Kanban board administration.
You will gain insight into data analysis and report creation to provide concrete support for our business.
You will support the implementation of legal requirements for our dealer network and website.
You will assist in organizing and running international workshops and events, as well as in day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a related field.
Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level or higher).
Confident user of MS Office and an understanding of digital communications and analytics software (e.g., MS Teams, ATC Confluence, Jira, Adobe Analytics, Qlik).
Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
Affinity for motorcycles and enjoyment in working with international business partners.
