About the role

  • Residential Sales Manager leading a high‑performing team of in-home sales consultants at Pella. Focusing on sales strategy and customer satisfaction while coaching and developing talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of in‑home sales consultants
  • Spend 50%+ of your time in the field observing and coaching
  • Drive team sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Recruit and onboard high‑performing sales talent
  • Foster a strong, collaborative team culture
  • Support escalated customer issues and drive first‑time resolution
  • Partner with Operations, Service, and Marketing teams
  • Manage showroom/inside sales performance
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance presentations
  • Work flexible hours to support customer and team needs

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in sales, coaching, or team development
  • 3–5 years of sales leadership experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills
  • High sense of urgency, responsiveness, and customer focus
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Clean, professional presence and adherence to company standards
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
