Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of in‑home sales consultants
Spend 50%+ of your time in the field observing and coaching
Drive team sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
Recruit and onboard high‑performing sales talent
Foster a strong, collaborative team culture
Support escalated customer issues and drive first‑time resolution
Partner with Operations, Service, and Marketing teams
Manage showroom/inside sales performance
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance presentations
Work flexible hours to support customer and team needs
Requirements
Proven leadership in sales, coaching, or team development
3–5 years of sales leadership experience
Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills
High sense of urgency, responsiveness, and customer focus
Ability to motivate, influence, and inspire change
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
Clean, professional presence and adherence to company standards
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

The salary for this position is $118,000 plus monthly uncapped, override-style bonus based on sales performance against plan.
