Responsibilities
You manage customers in spirit-focused retail, cash & carry (C&C) and GAM channels, as well as other relevant distribution partners, fostering these relationships for the long term.
You grow market share, distribution and sales performance in your territory and have a detailed understanding of market conditions and competitors.
You passionately implement company objectives and channel strategies and ensure the execution of LEH (grocery retail) concepts in your markets.
Your strong network enables targeted customer care, and you have an eye for shelf management and secondary placement strategies.
You set targets and, through regular performance reviews, consistently monitor the relevant KPIs.
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training or a degree in economics/business administration, or hold a comparable qualification.
You bring relevant experience in sales or retail, ideally in FMCG, consumer indulgence products, alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic beverages (AFG).
You live in the greater Berlin/Brandenburg area, know the region well and have a relevant network.
You hold a valid driver's license, are willing to travel frequently and ideally have experience with CRM systems.
