Responsibilities
Control and monitor occupational health and social security processes
Consolidate reports and absenteeism indicators
Provide support to business units and team leaders in the routines for managing medical certificates and return-to-work procedures
Control and manage the monthly billing of protected-area suppliers and occupational service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and correct budget allocation
Support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional integration
Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed in HR Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related fields (updated in POL)
Experience in administrative management and in controlling service providers' billing/invoicing will be considered a plus
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and report preparation
