About the role

  • HR Analyst at Atento managing health and welfare processes for employees. Coordinating occupational examinations and supporting management with health-related documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor occupational health and social security processes
  • Consolidate reports and absenteeism indicators
  • Provide support to business units and team leaders in the routines for managing medical certificates and return-to-work procedures
  • Control and manage the monthly billing of protected-area suppliers and occupational service providers, ensuring contractual compliance and correct budget allocation
  • Support process improvement initiatives and cross-functional integration

Requirements

  • Be an Atento employee with the company minimum required tenure (within the group of eligible positions and Remuneration Policy NI-002)
  • Employees who have had any type of internal movement should consult the movement table in Policy NI-002 and verify eligible positions
  • Bachelor's degree completed in HR Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related fields (updated in POL)
  • Experience in administrative management and in controlling service providers' billing/invoicing will be considered a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and report preparation
