About the role

Responsibilities

- Assurer une expérience employé positive à travers l'intégration, la gestion des avantages sociaux (retraite, assurances, PAEF) et la gestion des absences.
- S'impliquer dans divers comités internes (SST, santé mieux-être) et exploiter des outils (Amélio, Atman) pour évaluer et optimiser le climat de travail.
Requirements
- Diplôme universitaire en administration, ressources humaines ou relations industrielles.
- Minimum 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion des RH dans une moyenne ou grande entreprise.
- Expérience significative dans un milieu syndiqué et forte connaissance des lois canadiennes du travail.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et maîtrise intermédiaire de l'anglais (LDL4).
- Expérience en négociation de conventions collectives et création de formations.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
