About the role

  • International People & Culture Business Partner for ARGO-HYTOS developing HR strategies and supporting employee engagement. Contributing to global HR initiatives and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Promote excellent international People & Culture practices to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Advise leaders on core HR topics and support organizational change
  • Participate in strategically important projects
  • Further develop our international recruiting to attract ambitious talent worldwide
  • Optimize international HR reporting and establish data-driven decision-making foundations
  • Work closely with our international HR team and support the harmonization of HR processes globally

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of core HR topics such as recruiting, talent development, and change management
  • Excellent English skills
  • Intercultural competence
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
