Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop strategic initiatives related to performance cycle management, organizational climate, culture, diversity, change management, and career and succession programs
  • Conduct surveys and initiatives related to organizational climate and engagement, analyze data and propose action plans together with HR Business Partners (BPs)
  • Develop and strengthen organizational culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and strategy
  • Design and support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs
  • Plan and support change management initiatives in the organization’s strategic projects
  • Design processes for career management, talent development and succession planning
  • Monitor HR metrics and produce analyses that support HR Business Partners and leadership in decision-making
  • Ensure consistency and continuous improvement of organizational development policies and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Experience in Organizational Development
  • Experience with performance appraisal processes, organizational climate/engagement and talent development
  • Experience with change management methodologies and organizational culture initiatives
  • Advanced Spanish
  • Analytical skills for interpreting people data and HR metrics
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Preferred: English; certifications or training in change management, coaching, or agile methodologies; experience in organizational transformation environments
