About the role

  • Senior Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for HCM Sales at Asure. Partnering with internal teams to build efficient recruiting processes and exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal business partners by managing full-cycle recruitment efforts
  • Providing exceptional experiences as an adviser to candidates and internal partners
  • Managing our ATS platform and recruiting processes across the organization
  • Partnering with the VP of HR and HR team to build an efficient recruiting process
  • Source active and passive candidates from various sources
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to support future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create enticing job postings
  • Schedule and conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates
  • Arrange and host onsite and virtual interviews
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates accordingly

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
  • Strong sales and technical recruitment background
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
  • A positive, goal focused, team-oriented approach to your work
  • Superior communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
