  • Area Sales Manager for Astanza managing aesthetic laser sales in South Florida. Building relationships with clients and developing sales strategies in a defined geographic territory.

Responsibilities

  • Managing defined geographic territory and exceeding assigned revenue expectations
  • Building positive relationships with private practice and medical spa providers
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's core values
  • Traveling throughout assigned territory with 75% travel requirement
  • Generate leads through organized and strategic route planning
  • Create brand awareness and demand for device portfolio via social media

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
  • Top 20% performer. President’s Club–level results preferred.
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of exceeding quota with complex sales cycles including multiple touch points with multiple influencers and decision makers
  • Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
  • High volume lead generation in the field
  • Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
